Fashion brand Dotti opened its 100th store on Thursday at Watergardens Town Centre, a shopping mall in Melbourne’s western suburb of Taylors Lakes.

Dotti had only 10 stores when it was acquired by Just Group in 2004.

Just Group managing director Jason Murray said Dotti was one of the group’s success stories.

“To go from 10 to 100 stores in five years is, by any measure, a remarkable success story in the highly competitive Australasian retail fashion market,” he said.

“When we acquired the brand in 2004, we believed it had great potential but I admit that the growth has exceeded our expectations.”
